i've been natty since spring... this is what I've been running in case you guys are curious.
i usually stack 2-3 supps together and change them up month to month to keep things fun.. all my supps are from NTBM as this is the only supp store i trust

a lot of WHOLE FOODS.. especially omega cage free eggs, organic pancakes, fresh honey, free range chicken, wild salmon, grass fed beef (all the fat cut off) , lots of veggies, fruits, nuts.
doing a 3 day split.. pushing, pulling, legs. 13-17 sets per day. 5-6X per week
