I know a few of you lift/powerlift, and also take up fighting as part of your life as well. Wether it be kickboxing, streetfighting, or wrestling, that doens't matter. What I'm asking is, is there a specific way you carry over your strength and speed to fighting? I know you as you become stronger in your lifts, and recruit more force, that you will punch/kick harder faster as well, but its not a 100% carry over, so do you guys do anything inparticular to make this carry over as high as possible? I think i said that clearly enough
