I was just like you last year, I would even go in on Saturdays, on my own, to get extra stuff doen. Then i got fed up with doing so much work without any extra appreciation or benefits.

Well, I know part of my hours is that I am still relatively young in the company and whatnot, but that's not the whole reason. It is just the way my industry is. And the fact that my agency is not growing as fast as the work is coming in. We are too small for the clients we have.

hey bro, if you're getting the recognition for it, then keep at it bro, it's the best way to move up. Unfortunately in my case it seemed like they were taking it for granted instead of appreciating it so I just stopped doing it.

I hear ya, they definitely recognize what I do. I am lucky cause I am very good at what I do, so someday I will use that to my advantage.
