Just a constant flow of neverending work. Constant goddamn flow. I average about a 10-11 hour day. I have no idea what it's like to work 8 hours.

I was just like you last year, I would even go in on Saturdays, on my own, to get extra stuff doen. Then i got fed up with doing so much work without any extra appreciation or benefits.

7.25 hours, 5 days a week.

Thing is... I am in charge of Information Security... so I am really at becon call 24x7x365...

AND there are things that they schedule for off hours..... like weekends and nights because you can't disturb things during 'production' hours...

Typically they let me do what I want with my in office hours... you know because I make myself available 24x7x365 for calls and I pitch in and do stuff off hours...

Lately they have been insisting on 100% consistancy on my 'in office hours'.... that is a big source of contention for me... now i am going to inisist on 100% consistancy that all my work is during those 'in office hours'.... just waiting for the opportunity....

Oh just wait... they can shuv it.... up thier big red asses...
