Post-op AAS's - Bicep Tendon Rupture

I will be going under the knife to have a distal Bicep tendon rupture reparied. I am thinking about taking Alflutop, Deca and hGH post-op. I just do not know when to start them, how long or dosages. Any ideas? Also, is there anything else I should take, post-op to speed my recovery?

Dude...I feel your pain. I got out of surgery last November from a spirall fracture of my humerus. I was in the middle of a cycle and feeling hella strong....I was screwing around arm wrestling with one of my gym buddies who is pretty damn strong and I snapped my arm in half! It sucked man...and I had Radial Nerve damage that I am finally now just getting over with. I took 400mg of EQ and 2 to 3 iu's of HGH ED for 4 months after the surgery. It sucked man...I quite doing any physical activity for about 2 months. I lost about 7 lbs from not eating right and no training at all. I've been back in the gym now for almost two months and i've pretty much gotten it all back. My right tricep is still a little smaller than my life because the doctor entered my arm through the tricep to instal an 8 inch peice of titanium on my humerus. 8 screw, 32 staples, and almost 5 months later i'm back in the gym training hard. The doctor was really suprised at how fast my nerve healed (thanks to the hgh).....all over some dumb ass arm wrestling! Here's some sympathy Karma bro!!! Hope you get better soon.....
 
Sorry to hear. But this goes to show everyone that we work to hard to get where we are physically (most of us), so why run the risk of hurting yourself by goofing around. Goofing around = waste of time + waste of energy + higher percantage of getting hurt.

There are risks involved in everything... but that doesn't mean you shouldn't have fun every now and again. Your life must be boring.

Ha! Thats way true bro...I feel sorry for that swole ass dude who goes str8 from the gym to his house with padded walls! It must be a pretty boring life...!
 
Not at all boring, but then again I guess the things that interest me are different than what interests you.
