My friend did a test/tren ace cycle over the summer. He got shredded on it and I mean cut. If I had to guess his BF% was under 5. But he also ended up 15 pounds heavier from where he started. He is a seasoned user so I dont know if that helps and its not like he was fat to begin with.
What I do know...

Beginning weight was 205
His ending weight was 220
His BF% was under 10 when he started cause he was vascular and you could see all his abs.
When he finished that cycle it was definitely under 5 because you could see everything!!!!
So can you give me some pointers? Of my time at the gym what % to cardio and what % to lifting? Should I focus on more reps or more weight or what?
I have decent muscles and the beer gut isn't very large- but its more than I'd like it to be. I'd like to tirm it off but not lose what I've worked so hard to earn.
