Possible to lose BF and put on muscle at the same time?

Or take up some high intensity type training to build strength and muscle stamina FIRST...get strong, burn of the fat...if you are looking to LOOK like a bodybuilder... TRAIN like one, if you just want to get in the best shape of your life...>TRY KETTLEBELLS. Find an RKC in your area, learn them, use them, it will help you make your muscles really strong and loose fat at the same time (I know during KB Snatches, my heart rate is around 150!!! Plus...look into HIIT cardio if you hate cardio...takes less time and proven to keep your metabolism going..... as long as you do it AFTER WEIGHT TRAINING, and consistently.

THIS shit takes time man... YEARS. It took me almost three years to MORPH my body from a fat pear on toothpicks to the condition I'm in now....My goal...FRONT LINE OF THE 300. SET A GOAL for yourself...best to build a plan around that.

Don't even think of AS until you get the training, diet and rest cycles consistent. LOTSA GOOD BRO'S here for that...

BTW..>DID YOU LOOK AT THE OMEGA PROJECT ON THIS BOARD! Talk about a good test case...I bet you'd do well on it.

Interesting. Kettlebells sounds like a great solution because it doesn't involve a lot of equipment I could probably do some additional training at home. THe omega project looks great, imo. Very interested -going to read up on it. Thanks a ton!

So as a "seasoned beginner" would you say lose the beer belly before trying to bulk up? Or bulk up and then lose the beer belly or what...

Eating a ton of calories to bulk up and doing cardio to burn calories/trim doesn't make sense.

lose beer belly then worry about aas.

its totally possible with a good lifting program and good cardio program. But most important of all will be diet. You can map that out by looking on the diet forum. Good luck bro

My friend did a test/tren ace cycle over the summer. He got shredded on it and I mean cut. If I had to guess his BF% was under 5. But he also ended up 15 pounds heavier from where he started. He is a seasoned user so I dont know if that helps and its not like he was fat to begin with.
What I do know...
5 9
Beginning weight was 205
His ending weight was 220
His BF% was under 10 when he started cause he was vascular and you could see all his abs.
When he finished that cycle it was definitely under 5 because you could see everything!!!!
This is difficult to do but is easier IMO if your body is experienced to AAS, heavy intense training, & quality nutrition & has a releatively low BF to begin with. It is not so easy for an inexperienced person with less knowledge & understanding of his/hers body.

it's hard. gotta keep a good diet and good training regimen. aas can promote you go get bigger beer belly depending on which one you take. i'd work on getting bf down first and then slowly work on getting muscle.

with AAS? Absolutely. This happened to me last cycle, significantly. I cut for the first 4 weeks..cal restricted diet and cardio. The next 12 i bulked and actually dropped WAY more bodyfat in the next like 6-8 weeks of bulking than i did in those 4. If i had stayed cutting longer, i wouldnt have gained the lean mass and wouldnt have dropped as mch fat

What people don't realize is(and it's obvious, if you think about it)..if you put on muscle without any real fat gain, the increase in muscle mass will automatically lower your bodyfat percentage.

i.e. 2 lbs of muscle without any fat will drop your bf percentage a couple of %

Without AAS? Only if you're a beginner or have great genetics, as stated.
