I think I will use Ozzie's Hellraiser.

I have been in several contests and while the crowd likes the music per say, the judges are judging you on your muscle quality, size, porportionality, posing capability etc. I have even been to contests where there is no posing music. The judges don't care about the type of music you use as long as you can show off your physique in the best form possible.

Arnold used to do some classical music. I think that is the shit if you learn to move gracefully from pose to pose.

Thats a damn good song right there!! if u dont use it theres always Rob Zombies Dragula. im even thinking about using it for my contest. now that i think of it, most of the local shows around here i always see people using either rap (which in my opinion they coulnt have picked anything worse), and Creed seems to be really popular here too. But, anything thats really hard rocking like metalica or something im sure will do the trick. good luck at that contest

I've actually used Creed (Higher, and What if respectively) for my last two shows, but next time I will hit something a little "harder."

Although I've seen a few older black guys pull off some Jazz routines, I've still seen too many white guys try to have "soul," and make fools of themselves...

Err on the side of caution...USE SOMETHING THAT PUMPS YOU THE F*CK UP!

I also used Creed's Hihger for my last show :)

What do you guys think of Staind "It's been a while"

I am thinking of using that or maybe Limp Bizkit "Break Stuff"

Any other opinions...

I will be 5'6" 176lbs if it matters

I dont know bro but if it were me i would get something to get the crowd on there feet and get some energy in the joint. Static-x wisconson death trip is a good amp cd. Try im with stupid.

Any other suggestions???

I am 2 weeks out and practicing my posing and everything but don't have my music yet :(

I'm guessing Juvenile, back that azz up is out of the question?

You could drop drop drop it like its hot for the judges

i have a cool mix of 'Tallica - No Leaf Clover... email me if you are interested. Buddy of mine did the mixing so no vocals.

How about Rammstein's - "Du Hast"

or Metallica's Live version of - "Wherever I may roam"

or a personal favorite...

(I've skated to it.)

Frankie goes to Hollywood - "Two Tribes"

FGTH's "War" or "Relax" are pretty good too. There are so many mixes, but they may be hard to get your hands on.

Heavy metal and such will work as long as they don't overdo the base to where it sounds shitty.

Dragula was the exact same thing I was going to suggest.

its weird cuz thats a damn good song to pose to yet....Ive never actually seen anyone pose to that song. And Ive been to many local contests around ohio....I guess me and u are the only ones that think that lol

I decided to go with Kid Rock's American Badass.

I personally don't like Kid Rock and think he is a phony but this song as a good posing beat to it and it's not too fast or too slow but filled with energy.

Hopefully the judges don't hate Kid Rock too :)
