Do pocket PC's have a recycle bin?

I went through and cleaned out a bunch of files on my pocket pc yesterday. I sync my Ipaq with my work computer and it also grabs a copy of my outlook mail. So I deleted like 300 e-mails that were on my PPC. The problem is that when I sync'd it back up with my PC, it also deleted them from my PC's outlook. There are tons of important e-mails that I need. Is there anything I can do to get them back?

You may be able to recover the mails from the pc, but I dont think you can recover them from the pocket pc.

In Outlook, go to the deleted items folder and see if your mail is there, if not, check the menus (while still in the deleted items folder) and one of them will have a Recover Deleted Items option. You may be able to recover deleted mail from here..

You may also want to check out the sync settings for outlook, and find a way to set it so the mail isn't truly synched, this way outlook doesnt delete the mail when it is not found on the pocket pc.

you may also be able to have your IT department restore your mailbox to the previous nights backup (if they back up the exchange servers).. you would lose any mail that falls in the delta between the backup and the deletion, but would get some of the mail back.

hope it helps..
