Hi my name is Sherry Im 19 yo and Im a dancer. I used to do powerlifting 1 year ago but gave up after I gained some quality muscle becuz I felt like overtrained. Im a dancer so I dance at least 3hrs/day sometimes 5-8hrs/day I couldnt powerlift I would be too tired. I managed to keep 80% of muscle I gained (about 8lbs) Im 5'2'' 130lbs I dont know my BF% but I look kinda muscular. I was trying to gain some muscle so now Im trying to cut...
meal 1: 1 slice wheat bread and some turkey (approx. 200cal)
meal 2: (same as meal 1)
meal 3: 1 slice wheat bread and 1 can tuna (approx. 200cal)
meal 4: (same as meal 3)
meal 5: whey protein + a handful of almonds
meal 6: one piece of fruit and big bowl of salad
meal 7: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 cup soy milk
(meal 8: 1 can of tuna if Im hungry)
i drink about 2L of water and 1L green tea
supplements Im taking...
- CLA
- Lipo 6 + Ephedrine HCL
- Multivitamin and minerals
- Glucosamine
does my diet look ok? Im thinking of going back to weight lifting becuz I dont do breakdancing as much as I did anymore. thanks.
