Please help - worried!!

Hey bros, I have been using a.s. off and on for over 10 years - never had a bad result. Last week, I took 200mg of upjohn cyp (prescribed by phys) 400mg of Denkall T-400 and 200mg of TTokyo equ. Got jittery, could not read as my vision was blurry, high anxiety and also broke out in rash. My pupils looked like dinner plates. I also noticed that I flattened right out. I have never had that problem before - has anyone else had this happen?? Did I get some bad stuff?? I welcome any thoughts.
