I wouldn't give up parental rights no matter WHAT. Even if I found out about the kid when he/she was 5 or 6 or 7. It would take a long time for the kid to get use to it and you might have a hard time the first few years. In the end it is worth the effort.
You never know what could happen in the future, some day you may find yourself old and alone... You are going to wish you hadn't passed up the chance at being a part of that kid's life. When you are old and got one foot in the grave, you are going to wish you had some sons and grandsons around to keep you company.

i dont hitnk it was Tiger. His dad taught him how to play golf, and is a big part of his life, mentor and all that.

Not that anyone really cares, but I have only told one close friend who won't spill the beans to my other friends or parents, but I need some kind of outlet for this - I took it upon myself to go and get a private paternity test done, I'm not waitin for any court order, I'm gonna find out ASAP. I go next week and I should have the results within a week following. I'm actually goin down there with the guy who has been the baby's father in her life thus far. I contacted him and we spoke. He's actually someone I know, a guy who used to work with my mom and do work on my car sometimes. I hate to tell you a lot more of the shit I found out about the girl. She's a mess. Her mother even wants her to sign over full custody. AND...there's a fourth party I found out too....and pretty much all eyes are on him, but we'll know that for sure in a couple of weeks.
