With her being married at the time she had the kid and the husband signing off on the birth certificate, he is locked as the father. Talk to a family law atty in your state before you end of opening the whole mess up.

UPDATE:
Not that anyone really cares, but I have only told one close friend who won't spill the beans to my other friends or parents, but I need some kind of outlet for this - I took it upon myself to go and get a private paternity test done, I'm not waitin for any court order, I'm gonna find out ASAP. I go next week and I should have the results within a week following. I'm actually goin down there with the guy who has been the baby's father in her life thus far. I contacted him and we spoke. He's actually someone I know, a guy who used to work with my mom and do work on my car sometimes. I hate to tell you a lot more of the shit I found out about the girl. She's a mess. Her mother even wants her to sign over full custody. AND...there's a fourth party I found out too....and pretty much all eyes are on him, but we'll know that for sure in a couple of weeks.
