I'm talking about the one where it says what foods have what amounts of protein, carbs, and fat.
Right now I am particularly interested in cabbage. I'm on keto, and have to have low carbs. In the mean time I need a cheap source of green veggies. Cabbage costs only $.39 per pound at Publix, so I'm thinking of eating it on regular basis (depending on it's carb content).
