6-10 heavy, but if I am doing high rep/ low weight I do between 15-20 reps x 4 sets
 
For me it's trial and error. I'll generally take 2-3 g's of Taurine, and 1g of potassium in the AM. Then another 2-3 g's of Taurine, and 1g of potassium in the evening.

If I start cramping pretty bad, i'll bump both dose's, say 4g Taurine / 2g potassium AM/PM. I've even add'd a few grams of Taurine mid-day depending on how tight / cramp'd the muscles get.
 
I take 3g taurine + 300mg of potassium

Buy taurine in bulk powder - you will save a ton of cash. it doesn't taste bad and I just scoop it in my whey shake prior to working out.
