Please critique this cycle

HELP PLEASE!
1-10 test e 250mgs twice a week
1-10 proviron 25mgs twice a day
6-10 hcgenerate 5 caps daily
10-14 unleashed and post cycle 3 caps ED
10-16 formastanzol 5pumps am-pm
10-14 forged post cycle 1 full dose twice a day
16-20 bridge 3 caps ED

What do you guys think? I've gotten gyno in the passed from a ph (didn't take the proper precautions) so I want to make sure I don't get it again. Am I missing something for gyno? Armadex? Letro? Or is forma enough?

28yrs old 5'-11"
10% bf
I'll be 165lbs by start of cycle. I know that's light in the opinion of most by i don't want to be more then 175. I prefer to stay around that weight and be in the 7-8%bf range. Training for 2 yrs and I have a very clean diet for when I'm on.
 
cycle looks good but your diet and training most likely need to be adjusted if you are 165. if not you will not gain much and you will retain almost nothing from this cycle.

eat like you wanna be 200 lbs for the next six months and you will be happy.

So eat anything or eat a lot but clean? Also should I minimize my fat intake or does it not matter? Also lift heavy or go for reps?
 
I would eat 40/30/30 , 40% Carbs, 30 protein , 30 fat, I'm a hard gainer and I'm eating 5000 calories and that method and seeing great results , only workout 3or4 times a week so u have time to eat tons and recover so u grow every workout rather then just tearing the muscles over and over again. Do low reps , maybe try out the 5x5 methods , I was 155 and am now 180-185 ,
 
What are your long term goals? Overall cycle looks good, thought about eq?

Agreed. Cycle and PCT look good and reasonable but you've got to up the protein and calories to get results. And while on, lift as heavy as possible.

Fat is ok if it's real fat, like from an avocado or a steak, but you already know that. The thing you need to watch out for is sodium.

Also you're really skinny to start a cycle of anabolic steroids. Just saying..
 
I started at 165 and lifted natural up to 217 before I started. But I don't think that 165 is too small to start. It really depends on your goals.

Mikey these are all good questions but you should lift and train to a point where you know what works for you.

That will make you cycle even better. Even if you just wait 8-12 weeks to start. That will let you get some practice in with a new diet, new training and let you get all your stuff together anyhow.

at 165 you can try to get in about 3500 cals and 330 grams of protein. Fats should be good fats from sea food, olive oil, eggs, steak, chicken, etc etc Carbs should be mainly low glycemic carbs like veggies, oatmeal and then whole grains.

lift heavy get a bunch of sets in at 80%-90% of your max. Id recommend finding a good for your experience level and just sticking to it. maybe starting strength, 5x5 or wendlers 5/3/1 something that you can just plan out and stick to the whole time.

You guys are all great thanks for all the help. I think I'll probably push the cycle off until December to put on additional weight but my goals aren't to get 'huge'. I want to get big but I like somewhere in the middle. Also I was reading up on carb cycling- what do u guys think of that or should I just stick to the standard methods of dieting? Also, should I stay away from bread or does it not matter? I don't want to get a belly, I prefer staying on the leaner side

My long term goals are to star on the 185 area at the most but still never exceeding then9-10 %bf. I actually have both on hand - test e and a test e and eq mix but I'm thinking to stick to the test e. U guys think I need armadex on hand or anything like it invade gyno starts to creep up again?
