Please Critique My Current Diet!

I know I am going to get a lot of heat because I weigh under 200 pounds and I juice but please consider the fact that I do not want to weigh over 200lbs and I do not run cycles more than twice a year. Usually one cycle a year and then just maintain gains naturally.

In the past I went old school. Ran bulking cycle with no regards to added fat and then hated spending so much time trimming down afterwards. I honestly feel that a shredded 175-185 looks a hell of a lot better than a smooth undefined 200+. Everyone seems to be all about size these days. I give a shit what the scale says, Im more about quality than quantity. Some of the biggest "looking" guys I know weigh under 200 and look yoked because of the low bodyfat %.

Here is my current cutting diet, tell me what you think? I am 5'10 170lbs, bodyfat probably 10%. My goal weight is to be (10% Bodyfat or less) at 185 lbs. I was at 175lbs with abs a year ago, then I moved to Colorado and me and my wife had a baby and I stopped training cold turkey and diet and everything just went to shit. (I got fat, my wife looks great, funny how that worked huh considering she is the one that had the baby and I'm the one who got fat)

*530AM-6AM morning cardio, sometimes I jog outdoors, sometimes I do treadmill and sometimes I do upright exercise bike. I usually burn 250-300 calories my morning session
*645AM 2.5 scoops whey protein w/2scoops BCAA & L-Arginine, 1/2 cup raw oats, 1 banana all blended with water, 500 Calories
*9:30AM 1 grilled, boneless/skinless chicken breast or 4oz flank steak w/broccoli or piece of yam 375 calories
*12:30PM 1 large pouch of tuna 240 calories
*3PM pre-work out shake 2.5 scoops whey protein, 1 banana 375 Calories or instead of pre-workout shake I sometimes eat 4 oz flank steak or 1 grilled chicken breast
*4:30PM gym- 4 days a week weight training followed by 25-30 minutes cardio.
(3 days a week are my cardio only days which I do 45 mins to an hour cardio. I burn 300-500 calories on cardio only days and 200 cals when I do cardio after weights.
*6PM post workout shake 2.5 scoops whey protein with 2 scoops BCAA & L-Arginine, mixed in water 275 calories
*7PM Dinner - grilled Salmon, Ahi, Sea Bass or chicken or flank steak with broccoli 400 calories
total calories is 2165 less 300-500 calories burned daily through my cardio depending on whether I was able to do 2 sessions that day which I usually do.
I have never had this type of problem trimming the fat off my abs. I recently just got complete bloodwork done before starting the Clen/ECA and I'm 100% healthy and impressed the shit out of my doctor with how low my blood pressure was (hence the reason I felt clen wouldnt be a big strain on me) My testosterone was extremely low at only 61. That's the only thing that sounded shady to me. Could my lack of proper PCT 2 years ago (came off with just Clomid and Arimidex didnt have HCG) cause my low test levels or was it because the Winstrol shut me down? I didnt get my test levels checked until I was 2 weeks into doing winny only without the test and eq.
I just finished 7 days of clen and currently doing 7 days of ECA and then I might go back to another 7 days of clen
