DIET:
I will be eating approx 4-6 meals a day. Pork, Chicken breast, salmon Veggie's, Oatmeal etc
Water Intake = aiming for 1 gallon a day
GOAL:
I'm trying to gain lean mass without increasing my bodyfat.
TRAINING:
Sunday - Legs
Monday - Back/Biceps
Tuesday - Cardio/Abs
Wednesday - Chest/Triceps
Thursday - Cardio/Abs
Friday - Shoulders
Saturday- Cardio
I will not be adding my diet into this log, I will be eating clean, will have a cheat day.
