4 week bulker
i want to start on PP. then stack with SD on the last 2 weeks, sound efficient?
PP at
PP=20/30/30/40
SD=0/0/10/20
and then Superdrol at the end:
I have Nolva on hand + PCT by AX.
I also have Clen i want to factor in there somewhere. But where?
Since clen is anabolic i figured it would be best with PCT so i can cut and harden up as well.
Stats:
6'0
178LBS
Calorie Intake: 3500/Daily.
Macros: 40/30/30
Supplements: Whey/Maltodextrin/Glucorell-R/Multi-V/B12/Milk Thistle/
I LIFT Heavy 3-5 Reps. Im bulking right now so there is no point on not using my cals to the most i can. Training is onpoint.
