...as you can see if you saw the ones from last year, my gut isn't so puffy now. This is at a weight of 230. 15 lbs over my off season weight and a good 45 lbs over my competition weight.
Finishing second week of cycle. I am hoping by week 16 with a good diet and no more injuries that I will be down to 200 or less with good definition. Goal is 10% or less body fat. Once there maintain that weight/bf for good unless competing.
Many will laugh and that is good. It only encourages me to attain my goals. Especially when I look at my avatar and see how far I have fallen.
The interesting thing is that when we are 30 we never think it will happen to us and we take for granted our youth, looks and more. Then when you realize you have become what you loath, it is almost too much. It is the ultimate bitch slap upside the head.
So, I will once again attain my physique!
