ok so I'm new here thought to post some pics let me know what you think I should work on

and I know my posing sucks !

stats:

Age: 27
Height: 187 cm
Weight: 86kg
BF %: No Idea.

been training for 2 years, oh btw I'm still natural
 
Great foundation. You did what 95% of all other beginners didn't do. That was build a solid foundation before looking into AAS.

Props to you.
 
yeah still looking and wondering when is the time to get involved, it's hard to resist specially I live in a country where I could just walk into a pharmacy and get test-e/sustanon-250/deca/proviron/clomid and Nolvadex both Legal and very cheap but looking at my gym I see almost everybody specially teenagers getting swollen in a month then back to normal if not worse after a few. I feel I'm still learning so it's not yet the time for me to get involved plus I can easily blow the guys at my gym out of water year round with the exception when they are on lol
 
excellent work... i will say with confidence you have excellent genetics as well and you took advantage of that instead of hopping on roids at 19 or 20 like many others. i'm sure in your country kids do it at 15 or 16 and its frustrating watching them half ass their workouts while you are busting yourself natty

it is up to you when you want to open up the can of worms.. you have plenty of time to reach whatever goals you have.

i would start off with an anavar or dbol cycle and see how it goes. var if you want to trim up and get some strength gains, dbol if you want mass and strength. then for a 2nd cycle go with primo/test/var or dbol... you will definately be pleased
 
I'm not sure about an oral only first cycle. although it's very appealing as no injections involved.

I've been reading in here and obviously can see a debate regarding this on here most will say have a test base no matter what

ideally I was thinking:

1-10 test-e @ 350mg/wk
1-6 dbol @ 20mg ED
6-12 var 30mg ED
10-12 test-p 100mg EOD
3-16 Aromasin/arimadex.

2-12 HCGenerate.
12-16 POST CYCLE/UNLEASHED

then after adjusting calories/macros to my new weight
 
That's a whole lot of shit for a first cycle.. shit in about to do my first and its just gonna be sust 250 and dbol

^^you will need hcg during your cycle and a SERM for your PCT added to what you already have if you choose that cycle.

your first cycle is always the best due to the clear receptors so make sure you are ready to rock and roll and you have everything ready
 
damn bro you look reallly good. i was going to ask if you were on cycle right now before the blurb about being natural.

why do you need to juice when looking like that naturally? your hormone levels are clearly awsome. are you going to compete? why not try some natural competitions first, and wait till your 30's when your hormones start to dip anyway to juice...

if you insist on juicing now, keep it tame, and simple for as long as you can. i disagree with lafragle, the dosages are pretty low. looks like a fun cycle!
 
I'd say he has genetics to be honest.. Considering he said he's only been lifting for 2 yrs. You should keep pushing yourself tho and see hoe far you can get without roids. Not sure how you're legs are but you are legit so far.. Good job

orals for 12 weeks might be a little too much? But some say var is pretty mild on the liver. I've never ran it so I don't really know anything

yes when the nuts start to shrink is when i would start it. depends on what you run but generally weeks 4-5 is when suppression begins with long esther injectables..

you definately need hcg if you run test... unlike what people think test is VERY suppressive. which is the only reason why i suggested a var cycle to start you off

I've relatively small wrists/arms and my calves look funny compared to my thigh. make no mistake I can squat 4 plates although I start seeing spots after like 8 reps :faint:

genetically I've very thin limbs and I tend to put on fat very easy

Thank you! Im not considering AAS at the moment still curious/learning on how to maximize my results naturally feel it will pay off when I get on. right now I'm just researching I like to have the knowledge.

But wanna see the legs bro.
That is a lot of gear for the first go round bro. Would much rather see you do Test with maybe something as a kick start. That way you dont need to worry so much about sides and can enjoy.

Got to hand it to this new guy he did shit the right way which is refreshing after 99 percent of the people that hop on here don't. I agree with pushing his limits naturally but shit... where he is at now if I were him? I would be pinning too. Glad to have you here on EF hope you stick around sir! the pics were few months old and the legs is almost a year old right now legs are bigger and I wouldn't consider adding more size to them really I've 31" waist but nothing smaller than 38 fits me already because of my legs I would go 40 just so I feel comfortable around my thighs :(

you have a great build only problem I see is the stomach fat skip the dbol and use winny instead and you have yourself a cutting cycle :)

ah yeah the bottom part of my stomach is very stubborn no matter what I eat or not eat it's doesn't wanna go (I used to be fat most of my life btw so it always been there)
 
have you tried cardio? you won't gain fat if you diet but you won't burn it without cardio...
 
I've leaned up to 8% bf before it got smaller not it didn't go away at which time I was dieting for so long and was hell tired off it so I had to ease off and bulk. I do cardio year round I used to do alot of high intensity cardio before but right now only low intensity and short interval training sometimes 2-3 times a week. I think it could completely go away but it will be the very last part to go and obviously have to get below 8% anyway I've better shape now so maybe short bulks then back to cutting will do it.

competing here is really tough since almost everybody is juicing though the others just don't know how or what to get :D
 
still think I've the genetics ? perhaps the genetics have me :confused:

nice before pics haha, u did a great job. maybe do what CK suggested and run winny instead, and perhaps a cortisol blocker, like erase or somethin, and it will help with the tummy
 
winny would be better than var ? obviously it's much cheaper lol I'm kinda discarding it only because I've a bitch of a foot already and I can't really handle any more joint pain :(
 
^^^^ i think too many opinions on this thread are confusing the crap out of you.

I would just run a cycle with ONE aas. either anavar or dbol as i suggested. see what happens. you are still young, you've got plenty of time ahead of you.

then start brainstorming a 2nd cycle with test as a base and something else. maybe primo, maybe mast, maybe an oral. and go from there.

What if you experience a bad side effect? How will you know what drug caused it?

Deca and dbol is very powerful and can cause gyno worse than anything and you're going to add test and ANOTHER oral?

300 mgs of Primo and 15 mgs of dbol for 4 weeks. N2GUARD and Formastanazol.

Done.

And work your lower abs more.

PCT, HCG, UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE. Follow with BRIDGE.

Trust me, you'll love it.

You have a good frame, nice muscle and you're young so there's no reason you can't make improvements. But you're jumping into the steroid thing at WAAAAAYYYY too high of a dosage -- the result, I suspect, of listening to the wrong people.

Just trying to save you some problems .
 
^^var is not good for your liver at all. def need liver support. what it is good for is it is not very suppressive and side effects are low.

Yeah I know this bro. I was just trying not to sound like a know it all when I have no experience whatsoever running var or any orals for more than 4 weeks.

I'm still natural and probably will be for at least another year I'm not really rushing into it I've seen too many ppl do this and it always end up bad one way or another so I'll do my research first and when I decide to go with it I will try to be as safe as possible.

it's good that we have somebody to guide us in here saving us the trouble of finding what's bad trying it.
 
You seem to have no problem naturally gaining muscle but only losing fat... only makes sense that you'd do a cutting cycle and reap the benefits of steroids that your body can't do on its own :)
