xanax .25mg up to 4x day if needed
remeron to sleep
paxil 10mg (i hate that crap but hopefully the ritalin will eliminate the grogginess.


oh and the haters can say what they want..i fully believe if there is a substance that can help my life in anyway im fully willing to try it out. plus i rarely get side effects from anything. except the grogginess from paxil.

well this is a good start. not enough for "oblivion" but as tolerance phenomena develops with benzo's you may be able to obtain "pharmaceutical nirvana" in 2-3 years.

gave me the paxil for panic attacks.
iworkout way to much and do to much cardio to gain any weight from paxil. i eat pretty clean to. i lost 3 lbs the first month on it.

For me, benzos messed with my ability to think and concentrate, even with concurrent methyphenidate or amphetamines. But at 0.25mg q4d or less, the xanax shouldn't be too bad in this respect, especially if you've been on it for a while. I've never used restoril, but if it has a longer halflife like clonazepam, then it might be carrying over into the next day, and with the xanax, possibly be detrimental to some degree with your thought processes. Remember, just because the doc, commercial, or insert says the drug does x effect for 8 hours, that doesn't mean it's still in your system. Ditto with paxil -- I know nothing about that, either.

back in the day i took paxil for a few months, i found it useless as far as social anxiety goes....but it sure did make me lose all desire to have sex. and im one horny fucker, i'll fuck 4-5x a day with women i have dated and I could go a full week with zero desire to have sex with my ex sleeping in the bed right next to me...and she was hot. lol....you know its bad when the women starts complaining about "not having enough sex".
