Nothing better then a pic to CHECK you back to reality...need honest constructive critiques....5'6, 215lbs, 18% BF 26 years old. I really need to get my BF down...looking at yourself in the mirror while training or after is all great..but when you take a pic...hits you like a ton of BRICKS...so much work to do...here is a question...and i know this has been debated before...cardio then lift or lift then cardio...right now..im looking to loose BF...going to up the cardio to 45 min a day...I cannot...repeat CANNOT split the cardio and lifting scessions...so recommendations? Diet is key...started a diet log...will post what i got in a few...only got one pic on here so far...posting more..just notices title..pics as of 04-10-05. sorry

I like to lift then hit cardio. I like my muscles to be at 100% when moving the heavy stuff.

Absolutely. Diet is #1, lifting is #2, and cardio is #3. Hit the weights hard, chug your PWO shake, and go do some cardio. Good luck bro, and keep us updated.

You look very thick, and I'm sure you have a great base underneath the blubber that eskimos could live in for a few months. :p You have some solid arms, but I can't really comment on your chest/abs 'cause I can't see them behind those guns.

In all honesty.... You look like a big dude so if that is key for you than your doing pretty good. IMO your bf is way to high and quite frankly you just look big. You already know this and it seems like you are an the right track. You have a good front, legs and shoulders but your arms and back are behind.

So if i were you i would go on a good low carb diet cycling your carbs 50grams for 4 days 150 grams on the 5th ect. Do some cutting stuff and your cardio and you should look much better.

Can you do morning cardio?? I did this and it helped me a lot bro. Ill be honest and say that you have some extra weight your carrying around, but once you lose that you'll look badass.. you look like you have a great base and I have a feeling you'll look thick!.. your wheels are lookin huge. are you on any supplements/fat burners etc.?

btw, its finally good to see some real men postin pics.
 
well bro definetly watch the diet...train hard..then hit cardio..but your best bet with cardio would be do it in the morning for 30min or so before your first meal..thats is what most people think is ideal..but good luck bro
