In terms of what? Gains? Size? Ehh... not sure...maybe it helps in part.

As far as how it makes you feel, yes, it works great! Definitely helps with libido and overall sense of well-being and energy. That's the main reason I use it and if it does anything else beyond that, that's icing on the cake for me!

I also like it as a mild, more natural alternative to jump-start a cycle.
