you should be up more than 5lb in 10 weeks from the additional glycogen storage alone. your diet and training dictates your results not how many CC you put in your body.
From the information you have provided you aren't eating enough, without enough fuel (food) what do you expect your body to make muscle with?

I’ve been on primo and testosterone for the past 10 weeks. Not seeing much results. Doing 300mgs of each. Maybe up 5 pounds max.
should I start increasing the dosage from here higher or should I stick to the same dosage?
if I increase it I was thinking of doing 8 more weeks at 600mgs so double up the dosage? Or should I stick to the same amount?
