UPDATE:
Well I decided to just call the past week a whole wash, and start over with chest / bi's again. I was seriously questioning my ability to train intensly or even at all considering fighting that flu for 6 days straight, but I decided to give it a go anyway.
My only problem was that I didn't intake enough calories especially carbs before training, and that really kicked my butt halfway through.
However, I was expecting my strength to have fell through the floor, but actually I got 225 again for 3 sets just like last week, AND I actually went UP on incline to 185!!! That is just insane! I couldn't believe it. The rest of my chest workout went great, and everything felt surprisingly light. I wasn't able to finish the session and do Biceps though because I was just getting way too dizzy and could tell my blood sugar was nill.
But hey that is a serious report in my opinion considering I was so sick the past week I couldn't eat, drink or even function normally. Looks like meat is BACK on the menu boys
