Chest / Biceps / Calves (3x a week for those) was tonight
Workout was incredible, my vascularity is up i'd say at LEAST another 20% from last weeks chest workout. I have visible veins now in my pecs going up into my delts and into my armpits i never saw before in my life. After doing the wide chest hammer strength with 3 plates, that particular region was SUPER vascular.
I got 225 on bench again this week, but for a solid 8 reps for 3 sets. That is a massive improvement from last weeks 6 and 5 for two sets. Also incline felt MUCH stronger, although I used the same weight as last week as well.
My pumps were insane, my chest was bigger with this pump then its ever been. I need to get some cocoa butter for my side chest area to prevent pending stretch marks.
Biceps were great too, i always change that workout up a bit depending on what my bi's are receiving the most damage from. Bi's and calves are one of those muscles you have to "feel" working (at least for me) in order to get ANY results. No swinging the bar like a pendulum for me.....
I am now doing 4x4ml a day (TWICE the normal phyto dose) and loving every minute of it. My calories are between 3000 & 3500 I would estimate (give or take 200 calories). My weight is around the same (today was 186.7) but seems to be on the rise now finally. I am still dropping BF as well, i've been keeping recovery time nill so my heartrate stays high. I have also been sweating my freakin nuts off my whole workout instead of just after my like last couple excercises.
