UPDATE:
Traveled to Boston for 4 days and only got to train one. I trained back due to what was available at the Gym I went to with my girl while up there, and I actually set a PR on deadlifts. 275 for 3 sets of 8, and breathing room to spare. I usually have gloves, but forgot to pack them so I stopped all 3 sets beacuse my skin felt like it was going to tear, I'm definitely loading 315 on this coming week.
That is insane considering I wasn't even DOING deadlifts before I started this stack. In fact when I did start doing them I started with 185lbs and that was a bit challenging or at least felt like it. I guess a lot of it is growing used to the excercise as well as gaining a little strength, either way I couldn't be more pleased. Deadlifting REALLY seems to be helping my hamstring development too.
I got my 4ever fit D.d r o l in the mail while I was away, and plan to start that tomorrow. For those who didn't catch it in the last couple posts before things got "off topic" for pretty stupid reasons, it has Superdrol, PheraPlex and Finigenx in one cap. Dose is 2 caps per day, and PP sais it should be a killer way to do the last 4wks of a 12wk phyto / derma / lipostack combo.
Questions are this: after 10wks reg derma & 12wks phyto test & 4wks d.d r o l what would the best PCT be? I have one bottle of sustain on hand as well as some femara. Any other suggestions?
