UPDATE:
Well I cranked out chest / tri's yesterday as my last workout before a week of travel. Hopefully I will get to train while away, but i'm going to see my girl so i'm not sure what my time will be spent on
Chest went GREAT, my strength continues to go up, 185 on incline felt lighter then it ever has, it felt as light as it does on flat! I think its time to increase some poundages AGAIN....
One thing that is bothering me though is that the weight I lost when I was out sick for a week I have yet to re-gain. I got back about a pound or two, but I was at 185-186, now i'm hovering at 181-182. I know this isn't very important, but its really a killer for morale seeing that scale fight you like that.
On another note I ordered myself a prohoromone combo with PheraPlex / Superdrol & this other one I'm not too familiar with (that isn't methylated) in one cap. It's made by 4ever fit and called D-D r o l (hope that doesn't get autospelled) and i'm debating about running it for 4wks on the tail end of my phyto / derma. I know that would skew the log of JUST these compounds, but I mean I AM in this for maximal gains, the log is just an addition to that.
What do you guys think? PP ? Would adding those PH's in at the tail end be cool? Also what would that mean for my PCT? Right now I was just going to have letro on hand & run a whole bottle of sustain after everything. I don't have a source for HCG so unless someones feeling generous I don't think thats an option for me.
