Phyto-test / Dermacrine Results (progress) Log

The Phyto-Test will be fine bro, but you might want to refrigerate it just to help the taste.

UPDATE:

Well I drug my still recovering ass back into the gym yesterday for a quick back workout. I even made myself do deads! I'm telling you, by the way 225 feels, and 275, i'm SURE I could get 315 for at least a few. I need to try it sometime and quit being such a baby about it. Same goes for squats, but alas..

Back workout went well though in spite of my pitiful energy levels. I'm taking today off because the work schedule has the day full, but tomorrow I will pick back up with shoulders / Tri's. My legs are a bit sore after those deads so i'm going to leave them for next week. Plus legs always make me wanna puke, and I'm having enough trouble fighting that as it is :\
 
Pullups must have been it, not sure what it was but my back is freakin destroyed! I mean just to sit up with correct posture and roll my shoulders back is hard to do!


Nothing like a good wide back...
 
UPDATE:

Well did shoulders tonight, I left out triceps because I only had time for one due to a weekly event i'm a part of at my church (www.722.org)

Anyhoo, (722 is a killer thing we got going btw..) shoulders went really well and I'm almost completely bottomed on the weight stack they have for the shoulder press machine. I was at 100lbs before this cycle, and now i'm almost to 150lbs on each side. My strength is DEFINITELY up, and that didn't come without size either. My delts are a lot bigger and that makes me very very happy :)

I also noticed that I could shrug 225 with no straps or concern for grip. In the past, just holding 225lbs in a shrug like position meant dropping it from failing grip in just a couple reps, 315 i could barely hold for a second. Now 225 was fine with room to spare, I didn't mess with 315 this time though, I just did mad reps with 225 and my traps burned like no other.

I know this is all very sparse data, but after being sick and also this week including 4 days of travel, etc i'm just trying to identify the progress I know I'm continuing to get because I can feel it. I know you guys can't, so i'm doing the best I can to illustrate it :)

UPDATE:

Well I cranked out chest / tri's yesterday as my last workout before a week of travel. Hopefully I will get to train while away, but i'm going to see my girl so i'm not sure what my time will be spent on :)

Chest went GREAT, my strength continues to go up, 185 on incline felt lighter then it ever has, it felt as light as it does on flat! I think its time to increase some poundages AGAIN....

One thing that is bothering me though is that the weight I lost when I was out sick for a week I have yet to re-gain. I got back about a pound or two, but I was at 185-186, now i'm hovering at 181-182. I know this isn't very important, but its really a killer for morale seeing that scale fight you like that.

On another note I ordered myself a prohoromone combo with PheraPlex / Superdrol & this other one I'm not too familiar with (that isn't methylated) in one cap. It's made by 4ever fit and called D-D r o l (hope that doesn't get autospelled) and i'm debating about running it for 4wks on the tail end of my phyto / derma. I know that would skew the log of JUST these compounds, but I mean I AM in this for maximal gains, the log is just an addition to that.

What do you guys think? PP ? Would adding those PH's in at the tail end be cool? Also what would that mean for my PCT? Right now I was just going to have letro on hand & run a whole bottle of sustain after everything. I don't have a source for HCG so unless someones feeling generous I don't think thats an option for me.

Thoughts / Input .. ??

i ended a cycle last week and started a derma / phyto / hcg / toco stack this week. i know i should have used the sustain but im actually doing this as a bridge more than pct. anyway, i dont notice much when i apply the derma but the phyto definatly gets me going. i take a serving of phyto before i work out in the evening and my workouts have been more intense since i started it. i do think the derma is doing soemthing as i am getting more vascular like digit is. if i were you digit i wouldnt worry about the weight as your strength seems to be going up every week which means additional muscle. your probably dropping fat faster than your gaining muscle right now. alot of times the muscle comes well after the strength gains. plus id be happier being stronger at a lighter weight anyway.
