My wifew is planning on entering a physique show (npc) and we were looking for help on the following questions:
1. where to find info on outfits and proper attire

2. rules, criteria, ect..general info.

3. sample diets ?

Ask your gym manager, as well. They usually sponsor competitors and would know where to go.

Check with all that was suggested above....As far as diet, it is very individual. A diet that has worked for me, may not be good for your wife. So many factors go into a diet....activity level, training, genetics etc. You can get some good ideas and start playing around with her diet and see what works and what does not. Post a sample diet of what she is eating now. Also when does she plan on competing?? She will need to purchase an NPC card, and fill out an entry form for her contest and pay the entry fee. She will also need clear high heel shoes...find someone to help her with posing and her stage presence. drop me an email if you need any help...the first contest is always full of chaos!!!
