Thanks.....oh the extra stuff, well that would be the usual extra protein (read aas), creatine (read hgh), and glutimine (read insulin), new 5x5 training program (read ok that parts true). As for stats. and training background - 5'6" - 185 lbs, 8% bf currently, In the photos I competed at 153 lbs. Competed at just over 160 this year and hope to be on stage at Nationals this year at nothing less than 164. I'd like to be 174, but we'll see. The way things are going right now I just might make it. I've been competing since 99 and in the gym since I don' t know when.
