I will keep that in mind next time clean pulls come around. I noticed my ass
coming too fast myself already.

they changed my workout a little bit for the power cleans. from now on I am
doing one triple with a new PR weight and do 3 10kg back off triples. so next
time I am going to do 3x 82.5kg and 3x3x 72.5kg.
 
for the last 2 weeks I had games every Tuesday and every Saturday
which didnt give me too many chances for a workout. Since I am on xmas
break right now I hope I can get more in than usual.

wow 15 days since my last bsquat workout. nevertheless I felt really good.
I will smoke 107,5kg next time. I guess there is quite some potential left for
my bsquats

another 5kg jump. again shoulder felt good. struggled a bit on the last
reps.
 
might not have been a good idea to do this workout after my game on
saturday but I did it anyways. I didnt do too good as you can see on the

I think the first back off set was especially bad b/c I only changed weights
after the heavy set and had little to no break.

I'll never criticise anyone for doing the oly lifts, but you do know those are cleans (or full squat cleans), not power cleans, don't you? :) PC's are done lighter and caught high with little dip.

I still catch it high but then ride it into a deep front squat immediately. glenn
told me to do it this way.

again no problem, even though we did some interval sprints before ice
practice on tuesday. I would even call it a PR since I did this 5x5 with the
heavier bar and plates...

tried to rerack it the way you told me too and it was less stress on the
wrist. I hope it looks better on the video too. not real smooth though.

To me these look like a hybrid between squat cleans and power cleans
because I dont think I could catch the bar without going into a front squat
right away. the weight was no big deal even though I have never done this
much for neither a power clean nor a squat clean.
