Peptides?

Goin On, thanks for the info, appreciate it. Also thanks for the compliment, we only get one body so my goal is to maintain and improve it as I can. Thanks for the help.

Varga,
Nope no hormonal panel of any kind.
Nope no cortisol level checks.
Nope no test level check either.
I went in asking for Prolo-therapy and they gave me someting else. I dont remember exactly what it was but was a series of injections in both elbows. Something with cortisone I think. I wasnt impressed cuz it did exactly nothing except use up workers comp money.
After that I went through some ART and that seemed to help for awhile. But the pain-irritation is back now.
However because of your question I will have the hormonal panel done in January. Thanks!
Is cortisol normally checked with that?

I dont think so, just make sure you as your doc to put in there.

As for the other compounds you were looking into, if it was up to me I would make sure I know what's causing the issue first before going into treatment phase....I mean that's just me
As you found out treatment doesn't always work if you dont know the root cause of the problem!

Are you warming up enough bro? The older you get the more you need to warm up, at least for me. If threw 225 on the bar and tried to bench it cold I would be a fuckload of pain. I just can't do that kind of shit any more like I could when I was 25.

On chest day I warm up with 5lb rotator cuff exercises for about 10 minutes before I even think about touching a bar. Haven't had a shoulder issue since I started doing that 1 year ago and I bench 315 with no spotter.

Pscoon, yeah I do pretty substantial warm ups all the way around. Like you said not a kid any more and with out the warm ups am just befuckled...For general warm up I do 10 min on the bike at 85+rpm to burn 100 cal.
Then on to disslocates and 2 x30@ 5lbs with dbls for bench press, and etc for the rest of the body parts that I work. Btw nice numbers there...

Varga at this point I am thinking that it is simply wear and tear and getting older. (Objectivly) I believe that I have shredded and hyperanalyzed most everything that I do. I mean even to the point that I dont use armrests on chairs or driveing in the car, I dont lean on my elbows when sitting at a table. I have checked posture to see how my arms hang-how my thumbs point. Even considered in depth what I am doing in my sleep and what positions I am in when I wake up in the night and have accordingly changed things around.
So I feel like this is the next logical step for me. I am not wanting to take roids as a quick fix, that is why I am more in favor of the peptides at this point but I am still researching and will continue to ask your guys thought on my diffirent ideas.
So again thanks for your advice and please keep it coming as Im not ready to throw in the towel yet on lifting and really dont believe that I need to, unlike what the med profession had been telling me so far.
No shit they all, every dam last one of em tell me to just quit lifting. Well bullshit to that!

Get the fuck outta here...they told you to stop lifting???
That's what's wrong with docs these days...instead of trying to find what's wrong let's treat the symptoms....that's just wrong!
The curious thing about your case is that you have both shoulders and both elbows that have issues. That;s why I think that it might be something hormonal....if you had localized inflamation then you have maybe a shoulder or an elbow but not all of them in tandem. I mean it is possible to have wear and tear but it's too much man....how are your wheels? Do they hurt too...like knees and such?

I know its been awhile since Ive been here. But am still very much studying in this area.
Well Varga, that brings up a whole other set of issues for me. The wheels are (much) less then perfect. But this is due to really crappy knees and a fair amount of injury to them.
For now suffice to say that I have considerable chondromalacia in both. But to answere your question, aside from that and me knowing that, and putting that aside... from the waist down, pretty much ok. I mean no pelvic pain, and no ankle or foot pain.
I can occasionaly do squats right now at a whopping 115 lbs. I also do modified deads at up to 460. The modification is I use 3" blocks. Also no lower back pain, well except for some arthritus and disk wear.

Zed, so have you added anything? I don't know if I told you, I had a real bad shoulder issue then I got some GH and some prescribed deca. The pain went away. I wasn't sure if it was the deca or the GH. Well I took 3 or so weeks off of the gym and deca and ran out of GH. The first day I do bench and wham there is that damn pain again. I told my GF this sucks I don't have any GH and she is really against me taking the Deca. So anyways I sucked it up for about 2 weeks. The pain was not super excruciating unless I tried to lift something. Took my 3rd shot of Deca yesterday and the pain is all but gone... Don't know if it will work for you but damn my joints feel good again!!!

Hey 4T,
Nope not yet, still educating myself. Never done any injectables before and just want to be sure am going about it correctly. And I really do appreciate your contributions here.
Also the financial situation not the best right now. Waiting for that to improve.
I know exactly what you are saying about the pain doing bench. I really have to concentrate on where my elbows are, cannot let them flare or Im done. My benching is all power lifting style, or with dumbells at hands netural position.
I have plenty of time for educating myself. But right now am leaning toward some thing like Norandrolone and most likely some form of GH, prolly with Test base. And then there is the PCT to do too. I do want it to be a pleasant expereince, not the misery that some get themselves into and of course want to keep any gains that I make along the way.
So after all my blah blah blah, as I read back I am looking for joint therapy and a little bit of size and strength increase. I dont plan to go balls to the wall cuz I dont want ANY MORE DAM INJURIES! So am I wanting too much?

Hi All,
Maybe this is the wrong place for this, but you dont know if you dont ask...
I am 48 and consider myself an intermediate lifter, lifting for the last 5 years-consistantly. I do it cuz I like being strong and it makes me feel good and look good.
So this last year has not been the best. Been plagued with (I think) inflammation in both elbows and shoulders.
I have had PT and have also been to Illinois Pain Clinic, not much succus.
So I am researching and I am looking at GHRP6 to try to get rid of this crap and get on with my life and lifting.
Could any of you advize me on this, would you be willing to?
If anybody wants more details, just ask and I will reply as best I can.
thanks

Great stuff, especially when it is run with CJC 1295. If you re wanting something for fat loss and anti-aging about 50mcg CJC 1295 and 100mcg GHRP-6 about 30 minutes before bed time will do the trick.

First off what you have is tendinitis. This is caused by over use and/or isolation exercises. More than likely what ever you are doing as an isolation exercise to train triceps is causing this. The best cure for this is to discontinue the exercise and possibly switch to something that doesn't cause pain when you lift. Ice, compression, rest and some good old fashion anti-noninflammatory medication are always going to do some good.

I have heard of some who have used GHRP-6 successfully to repair connective tissue injuries as well as reports of IGF. Others have had quite a bit of success with a supplement called cissus quadrangularis. My guess is a combination of any of these treatments will work nicely.
