Yeah! I'm talking to you! We have lots & lots of lurkers who never post,we wanna hear from you! I know the drill ,alot of you will say.. 1---- I have nothing important to say!..........Wrong answer!
whatever you have to say is worth posting.especially here in chat.


2---- I'm afraid of the reponse i will get.............Well guess what! I was the same way when i first logged on,only after a few days i finally got up enough courage to hit the reply button and enter a post. After that is when the fun really started!


So all you people out there get off the sidelines and join in and become a part of our community!!!

This is my first post.

If we were`nt so hard on the people that post here for the first time, maybe they would keep posting. How many times do we see a thread of "Hello, I`m new here" and replies like "show us your tits". lol

I say we should just give out cookies on Fridays.

nah, I reckon about 50th ever, peeps like from zero/tiger/shadowfalcon have me well beat, also peeps from the past were pretty prolific posters, I am about 22 a day or something, some posters are well above 30 a day

Na man, my old account was "British Athlete" on here, whom you may remember tuc (like, way back in June/ July), then I got banned for some weird reason :bawling: And couldn't access my old account.

I only used it to vent, kill time and say random crap anyway :D

Its kind of funny. In the anabolic board there is a thread right now about funny old threads and if you go back and read them, you will notice that most of the people posting in them are gone.
 
I love this. I think a thread a day should be made just to have new people come out and post. Not gay "coming out". Just come out and post. damn it.

I do not know how to post on this board. I am new here and I don't want anyone to make fun of me or use profanity.

I currently bench 95lbs and can deadlift 50lbs with a spotter.

My only questions are: How do I get abs fast?
Is the Soloflex any good?
