i have two questions. first, when doing clen is it better to do the 2 days on 2 days off ,or every day for the length of the cycle?? second, i can't get any definition in the area between my pecs. my upper lower and middle are fine, but i can't get that seperated look. i am definatly lacking muscle in that area and can't seem to find an exercise that really targets it. any suggestions would be appreciated!
