Partial Deadlift PR

I'm not sure how much the whole 'cataboc state this' and 'anabolic state taht' really matter. I mean.. my workouts are consistently 2 hours plus, and event day usually lasts at least 5, and I have been making steady progress for a LONG time now, as have many others who train this way.

Granted, 5 hours is a long time to have every workout, but I think it is the overall training/nutrition/rest picture that really matters.

I agree...Obviously :D

uh 150s are LIGHT?! damn, please tell me you're putting some body drive into getting those weights up.. anything over 130 I can't even get moving without a little momentum.

I used to drive my body into them alot. Now Im able to do them pretty strict. Granted some reps I use body drive. But to be able to get 20+ reps from the floor to my chest, actually slamming into my chest, Id say theyve gotten pretty light. The heaviest Ive gotten to try were the 160's which I still got 17 with. Im confident I could rep the 200's, but may never get to try them. hahaha They were also done off of a bench, which makes it harder to use body drive IMO. ThanX bro!!!

You've got a fucking strong back and arms bro.

Now, about those legs.... ;)

I heard that squats are a good assistance exercise to help boost your strength in the important lifts like the leg press and tibia raise. :p

Beast would be foolish to change the way that he trains since he gets stronger each and every workout. The end justifies the means. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
