Saturday I did my first injection of eq and sus250. I did one cc of each eq in the right cheeck sus250 in left cheeck, Didn't hurt a bit. Now it is monday and my left cheeck hurts so bad last night if I as much as rolled over on the left side of it Iwould wake up. A buddy of mine recomended I inject the sus250 in my delt, it that ok? and were evactly in the delt would I do it, the top of it or the bottom of it or in the middle? Thanks

if your doing sust and eq, id combine them both in the same syringe and shoot them. eq makes the sust hurt a lot loss youll be surprised. you can also warm the sustanon a little with a heating pad until the oil is warm. shouldnt hurt much.

I always have a problem with the muscle being sore, so what I do now is heat the syringe casing when the oil is in so it is less viscuous...Inject it, rub it for a good 5 minutes, then I wrap it in a heating pad for 20-25 minutes... Then do some cardio.... The muscle gets a little sore, but nothing major.

Thanks for the feedback, but I have alot of trouble getting the a.s in the syringe, I have to turn the container up side down and sort of like pull on the syringe stopper and like bob it up and down, real frusterating. Is there an easier way, or maybe i just got shitty syringes.

Try shooting a few ccs of air into the bottle before you draw-and try getting larger needles, 18 gauge or 22-to draw it up, then a smaller-and new-needle, like 23 to inject. Also warming up the gear in the syringe helps.
