deadlift 200 pounds for 5 reps
squat 220 pounds for 12 reps
bench 190 pounds for 5 reps
naturally my hand and upper body is too weak and my legs are good at endurance power and strenght. my legs dont even get sored i always stop because cant grap the bar anymore. i lift heaviest on Leg Extension - and -Leg Curl machines. i can run and cycle for many hours without getting tired but if i lift an emtpy bar using upper body only i get tired very quickly . 4 years ago before i started lifting empty bar for neck press was too heavy for me. just started to do squat and deadlift in the last 4 months because of 5x5
