Bro you gotta research. Everyones flamin you cuz your question is flat out retarded. But dont take all the flaming as a bad thing. Do some fresearch and then come up with better questions, or dont ask the stupid ones cuz ull already know the answer!
In short terms you gotta eat more, and lift hard. Period. Dont get techincal with it, just always stuff your face with protein and lift as ehavy as you can. Do compound lifts like deadlifts, squats, bench press. Then do the isolation shit but it makes more sense to deadlift 315 lbs 10 times than to do lat pulldown 200lb ten times, you lift 1000 more lbs with one set if you do deadlifts.

Beyond being stupid and reckless it's an insult to the board. These drugs aren't a joke. They aren't candy. If you don't know that, you have no right even discussing it. I wouldn't walk into NRA meeting and say, "Hey! Where are the machine guns?! I wanna start shootin' shit up!!!"
So, it's better that we have a laugh with someone so ignorant than to get angry. Because after all that's been done to get steroids decriminalized and de-demonized, all it takes is one fool to come along and fuck himself up and destroy all the work that's been put forth.
And no, I don't think someone like that deserves help. The guy who busts his ass for years being a bodybuilder, does his research and THEN needs some questions answered deserves help. This guy deserves to get his ass kicked.

But as far as Nelson's comments I totally agree with what he said about common sense. People are so fucking ignorant today its pathetic. When I was 21 I wanted to do AAS.... NO ONE was telling me otherwise. But I did a ton of research on injecting procedures, side effects, supposed long term effects. Talked with as many people as I could about it first. I didnt have internet, we are talking 97' here.
These fucking kids now do exactly what nelson said..."I wanna look big for summer, what kind of steroids do I take?". I will help someone as quick as the next guy. But when its obvious that your just being an ignorant fucking dildo and have done no research for yourself period then I tend to take a "fuck you" attitude. I try not to project that here. Nelson is obviously very frustrated as are many of us. I am not ganging up with nelson or anything I'm just saying I see his point. Most of these retards...if given enough crap about it will just forget about it and the novelty for them will pass and they will go back to smoking weed and getting hammered and eating wendy's.

In regards to my comments to Nelson; i was just yanking his chain a bit.. I think he knew that..
I realize it can be very frustrating when some of us have taken the time to do the leg work (research) and others have not.
However that being said, part of doing research is "asking questions".
I have a Computer Science Degree & and Masters in History (long story)..lol and while I understand that doing research yourself has merit, I for one would rather ask a question then waste my time trying to find the answer to something, especially if I don't even know where to begin.
Here are my concerns w/ flaming people on the forums (take em' or leave 'em)
1: Every new member is a potential client. Not only for our board sponsers, but also for Needto, Omega, Nelson and others.
Flaming them is not condusive to good customer service. Now admitedly I am being selfish about this in that if Nelson, Needto and the others can't make a living they wont be able to spnd time on here answering my own "stupid" questions! lol
2: If we just flame people and make them feel like shite then one of a couple things will happen. A
They'll do the gear anyways and do it badly, get hurt and cause more grief for the rest of us! B They'll go to another board and get their answers there. Doesn't seem like a big deal perhaps, however, if they go somewhere they won't spend their $$ here supporting the board or the sponsers. So no more free advice, no ore great deals from Needto and so on...I am just suggesting there must be a happy medium in here somewhere..
