Im on ntkts for the first time but im.getting very red faced. I love the pump and energy but it looks like im not breathing for my whole set. Also alot of sweat. I give it 8.8
My schedule is jacked up and I'm training close to bed two days per week. Attack is getting me through my workouts with some gnarly pumps and some nice endurance.
