over 40 and recovering from busted blood vein in head

Around 18 months ago, I had a sub hemmorhage at the base of my brain. I was 290 lbs and 6'2" with high blood pressure. My blood pressure was 190/95. The vein that split healed on its own. I am over 40 years old and have always loved having guns to show off. I want them again but I know not at the level I did. I am taking 5/40 blodd pressure medication currently and my BP has been 120/80 for about 18 months straight now. I have a couple of questions to ask the forum here. What fat burning products can I consume that will not conflict with my BP medicine. Also, is it possible to take lower doses of anabolics and not raise my BP much or at all.

Dude, I don't know if anyone here is going to feel comfortable recommending anything beyond a strict diet and moderate to heavy split.

I fear I'm headed in your direction just based on family history. Maybe there are some safe compounds to use, but that is some serious shit and your lucky to still be here. Peace.

i just need to know where to find quality info about my situation and what can and cannot be used safely.

i have had three different doctors tell me three entirely different opinions on training and supplements. that is confusing. they all state the same about cardio and diet however.

Not speaking as an M.D. but regular excercise raises your BP.
Is your Dr. OK with you doing cardio or resistance training?

Whatever BP meds you take should have a list of contraindications. In other words a list of anything known to cause bad side effects with your BP meds. What meds are you taking, bro?

I would suggest that most fat burners OTC will increase your metabolism by CNS stimulation or by raising your body temperature. It looks like you are a pretty big guy. Without knowledge of your body stats , diet & training regime, it is difficult to give your direct answers. I will disagree with HC on his comment that regular exercise increases your BP. Generally, it has the opposite effect. Moderate cardio exercise will help to promote natural body fat burning & strengthen the cardio vascular system lowering BP levels in the course of time. Anabolics like EQ, Anadrol & Trenbolone should be avoided. Test at TRT levels of say 250mg PW should not dramatically increase your BP but may do at over 500mg. I am not a Sports Physician, but then mine asks me what I do, so WTF!

You misunderstand.

Everybody's BP goes up during excercise. As your heart rate increases, so does blood pressure, that's a fact.

My concern is having our friend stroke out by simply getting his heart rate / BP up doing cardio or lifting weights, let alone the added BP increase of AAS or fat burners. You are lucky to be alive, my friend. Has your doctor given you the OK to do strenuous excercise?

At only 40 and having already suffered ONE serious subarachnoid hemorrhage you're lucky as hell to still be able to walk, talk, eat, piss and shit without the aid of tubes and you want to risk that for the sake of vanity?! Eat a clean, wholesome diet, maintain a normal weight and exercise healthfully and be grateful you can still use your body. Are you actually willing to risk having another stroke, that might not leave you unimpaired, for the sake of GUNS?!

there are a few options he has as far as fat loss is concerned. If we could find out what medication on we would be able to help him out better.

Young people who have strokes (and in neurology under 50 is young) are at a particularly higher risk for repeat bleeds. The condition he's describing, if he's got it right, sounds a little unusual (and believe me, he is VERY lucky to not be in a wheelchair). If he's got three different answers from three different specialists regarding meds then the results of anything he takes could potentially be unpredictable, this seems even more likely since they ALL agreed regarding exercise and diet.
