once a month? never heard that before, wouldnt that pretty much be useless if you only injected once a month for muscle growth?

sustanon was designed to be taken once a month

there is truth to this statement

there are 4 different esters in sus, the longest being decanoate (same ester in deca)

nandrolone decanoate is used to treat osteoporosis (someone correct me if i'm wrote) with a 50mg once every 3 weeks

but for muscle building it's a different story, so yes i would still inject sus twice weekly to keep it saturated and stable

i'd probably run a very low dose of cyp or enan alongside it to the tune of 100mg to aid what i just mentioned
