Opinion on Body Fat and Cycle

I know that the leaner you are the better it is, in my opinion to start a cycle. This is due to bulking nad gaining some bf. I personally am fat as hell at 14% right now. I am holding off right now to start my fina cycle...should I wait or do a lower carb high protein and fat diet and not worry about it? Looking for bodybuilders who competes opinions here... I have done at least two dozen cycles, but am always looking for an outside opinion... I am currently 5'5 at 178lbs. I compete at the high end of lightweight in the past and once at the low end of middle weight... I am into cuts and sym. not mass...mass is great, but looks bad without the other two....

thanks for the input!

10 percent is the highest i think you should be to do a cycle. its just like people say you shouldn't juice if you haven't put on natty muscle. if you can't get on point to be ripped natty you won't on juice. people that rely on tren never look good year round, diet is key no matter what. on the other hand if you get your diet down and start early you are not really commiting a crime or anything, i just think its a waste of juice

This is my opinion, just want some other opinions to fight those of my buddies who think I should do it now... I use Lange calipers with a 9 point scale which is more accurate and gives harsher readings than the three and five point scales but is more accurate in my opinion...thats bro!

At 5’5” & 178 Lbs you should be pretty darn lean,

I would do my Fina cycle, what else are you adding to Fina?

Reason I say that is, I am 5’5” and close to 200 lbs and my bf is below 10 percent.

I have been doing Fina for at least a month and have gotten leaner in that time frame.

5'5",178lbs at 14% bf and you have run at least 2 dozen cycles? What were your stats before you started cycling? You are preatty lite to have run that many cycles.

I was a big supporter of the "don't juice until your bodyfat is lower" idea in the past. However, I think if your experienced and know what you want to do then there is no problem being a little high in the BF area.

I'm just coming back from some bad injuries and right now I'm 6'2 250 at 15-17% BF, which is a long way from the 250 @ 12% I was at a couple months ago. I'm going to be hitting my next cycle at the end of the month, and I'm confident I'll get the results I want.

So what I'm saying is, if you know your body, know your training, etc, etc. then really its not a big deal. Hit the cardio and you'll be fine. I wouldn't do a bulker if your BF is high, I'll tell you that ;)
