well it seems apparent that my chest weights are moving up as much as i would like them. all my other weights i dont normally have a problem with. i recover pretty well and quickly from soreness, so it seems like i am in 5 days of anabolic activity for my chest and its ready to train again, but i have to wait those 2 extra days. what should i do? go a heavy day then a light day 4 days later to stimulate the muscles? how can i incorporate it into this routine?
