2 ml day of liquidex is the moderate dose... its not too aggressive and is exactly what to run if your going to use and ai with osta... osta has the slight possibility of bringing on estro sides... although not likely, it is possible and there is absolutely nothing wrong or estro crushing with 2 ml a day of liquidex... now if he doubled it to the aggressive dose, then there may be an issue, but as it is, its just fine...

Dylan, Im not seeing that it he is running osta until his PCT at at week 13 (please see his suggested cycle below). That is why im questioning why he even needs to use liquidex until week 7 where he starts Oxandrovar. I didnt realize S4 or GW was suppresive. Im taking both s4 and gw now without liquidex (i have been just using HcGenerate and test stack 17).

Here is his cycle.
The 1-14 GW 20mg a day split am & pm
1-12 S4 50mg a day split 4-6hrs apart
1-12 liquidex 1ml am 1ml pm
1-14 yohimflame
5-12 HCG ES 3am & 2pm
1-12 N2G 4 caps am then 3 caps pm
7-12 Oxandrovar 1 cap am 1 cap bm bumping to 3 wk 10

15 min warm up jumping rope; then 1 min intervals of jumping rope inbetween each of the following sets
Kettlebell pistol squats
Seated calf raises
Lying leg curls - hammies were tight are hell lol
box jumps

Had a lot of muscle spasms in my calfs again.....can anyone help me with what this is from? Anything I can take to help stop?

start taking tauirne... your geting pumps and taurine is the answer bro...

I get the same thing. Definitely the taurine, as I forgot to stock up and within 2 weeks my calves were playing up. Also theres is a lot of volume with the jump rope and calf raises on the same day there.

Cardio - Sprints with 1 min jog in between sprints 22 minutes

Sunday Will start my week tomorrow with Monday being my off day this week since we are getting another friggin foot of snow Monday.

Day 15 So far after 2 weeks my belly and waistline went down almost 3/4 of an inch and I lost 3 lbs

5K run 26:17.....best time yet :)

Leg day was good, a lot of extra reps took place.
