Chest and Bi's

I broke a PR today with my flat bench again 215x3, fucking unreal! I tweaked my wrist the other day at my softball game which hindered some movements while doing my bi's but I just went a lil lighter and will be taking tomorrow off. 16 days left on b4 PCT, its been an awesome ride so far!
 
really finish strong here these last few weeks bro... there are gains left out there to be made so take advantage of it and keep consistent... nice work
 
Thanks. Had a lil set back, had to have oral surgery today to have a chipped wisdom tooth removed. Will be back at the gym hopefully Thursday.
 
Just woke up facial swelling is down feeling ok so gonna hit the gym today. Will focus on shoulders and traps today. Report to follow
 
i know the dental work is hurting bro but just get past it and continue moving forward... make sure you take all your prescriptions and keep yourself safe from any infections... you don't want setbacks... keep up the good work...

Hit shoulders, tri's and traps today. Orders the last of my pct goodies from ag as well. This was a great run for me and I will post some pics soon. All the support I received was much appreciated as well as the advice and guidance.

Blasted back today breaking a PR twice

Dead lifted 315 twice today....felt like a beast lol; I also broke a PR on the tBar with 155. Final two days on cycle then Monday starts PCT hopefully, I say hopefully because I still didn't even get shipping info from AG :(
 
Also, I scaled back my cardio quite a bit. Would it be ok to start running more when I start my PCT, I was worrying about losing mass which is what I ultimately wanted

Got all the goods in hand so today was day 1 for pct, Did a mile and a half run in the morning and hit the gym for bi's and back. One question that I have, am I going to dramatically lose strength? If so, will it happen all at once or gradually. I was feeling great today, putting up solid weight as I have been, just curious.

Hows the pct going? with osta in pct that will help keep some of your strength.I would say the lose shouldnt be to much.
 
Awesome, still feel great, fist time using the ag gear so still a lil tough to get down but I know I will get use to it. It's like swilling mouthwash lol.
 
Into my second week of PCT and still going strong. I have not lost any strength at all and the endurance from the GW is still going strong. I have to admit, I thought by now my body would be use to the GW but its still like pure fire for my endurance. However.....my appetite is through the roof for some reason. I constantly want to snack but have been pretty successful fighting the urge.

keep using gw until you feel an endurance drop.there is no suppression or sides.So there is no need for a set amount of weeks, period.
 
you can run gw 14 weeks then you should take a few weeks off... you should always cycle off things for a few weeks but there are no side effects with and it works so well, you never want to come off... you can run it throughout the year... just take a few weeks off every 3 months or so and that should be very sufficient... get on auto ship at sarms1... lolll
 
Yes you deff need to take time off.But my point was that there is no set week you need to come off.There is no supression or no sides to start worrying about.People adjust to compounds differently.So use it untill you start feeling results starting to deminish.While i might start to get deminishing returns in week 12, you might get them in week 14..etc.Use trail and error.Set your scedule to how your body adjusts to the compound.There isnt the need to worry about this like on aas or other sarms where you can get shutdown hard or very bad side effects..This wont happen!

I would say start keeping a close eye on it, in about week 10 and go trial and error from there on out.
