On the road to success; a newbie's thanks to Dylan Gemelli

Getting ready to start a cycle that Dylan has set up for me. Before I get into that, a little backround. I hit an all-time low in Jan of 2013 when I tipped the scale at almost 240lbs and 27%BF. I made that new years resolution that I had made in the past but swore no matter what I would keep it. I started doing cardio progressing through the year watching the lbs fall off. I lost 32lbs in 7 months and started weight lifting again. In Sept I started a SARMS triple stack which got me to my current state of 188 and 18%BF. Now, I am in day 5 of what Dylan set up for me for the next 4 months and I have to say I can't wait to see the results.

1-14 GW 20mg a day split am & pm
1-12 S4 50mg a day split 4-6hrs apart
1-12 Liquidex 1ml am 1ml pm
1-14 yohimflame
5-12 HCG ES 3am & 2pm
1-12 N2G 4 caps am then 3 caps pm
7-12 Oxandrovar 1 cap am 1 cap bm bumping to 3 wk 10

Started a lil late here so Day 5....

Cardio in the A.M. before bed; I work 7P-7A. 5K run 29:20 then home to bed

Gym afternoon session consisted of back and bi's

Back 1 warm up set, 3 working sets
Seated Row
Kettle Bell alternating renegade rows
Barbell Deadlift

Bicepts
Preacher Curls
Hammer Curls
skull crushers

Felt great during the afternoon session, endurance is amazing

Hi Dylan question on what u suggest for pct after I finish my second cycle.....first a little bit info on my first cycle.
I am 5'5 35years old and was 128lb, I been working out for more than 10 years and the max weight I gained was no more than 138lbs Natural thanks to my crazy fast metabolism lol, so my friend at work told me about do a cycle of Test E and Tren and I decided to do it so I did 4 months 1cc TE and 1cc Tren, I never use anything during the cycle and after cycle neither just because I place an order for the pct stuff and I got screwed up they took my money and never send me anything so I got so mad and decided to not do any pct, I guess I was lucky because I never had any side effects, I talk to my doctor and he did a full blood test and everything was super good, so I went from 128lbs to 165lbs really solid muscle, now I started a second cycle an is.
Test E 1 1/2cc every 5 days
Sust 300 every 4 day
Liquidex AI 2 times a day
N2G

Cardio in the AM 5k 28:17 :) Felt awesome but didnt want to push it lol

Overall, felt great the GW is amazing I can absolutely tell my endurance is up
 
Ok had a busy weekend with the fam, just getting to the laptop....

Saturday

HIT cardio in the morning for 40 minutes

Gym day was legs, I had mad pumps in my calf muscles nothing that I have ever experienced before.

Sunday was a 5 mi jog and rest day.

Monday 2/24 Day 8

Chest
Dumbell flat, incline and decline
dumbell flys
In between each set, pushups until failure followed by 30-45 sec rest before starting next set

Overall the first week in general I felt great. Lots of energy and endurace. I am still trying to pay attention to what foods I eat that benefit me the most with my cardio. I feel like I do better w/fasted cardio. Still trying to burn fat so is there a benefit w/the fasted cardio at this point?

fasted cardio definitely burns fat... there is a lot of benefit with it...

don't get ahead of yourself with s4... stay on 50 mg for now... have you read my dosing protocol? The SARMS triple stack protocol - Evolutionary.org

Great to hear about your progress so far! I am curious however about the suggested high dose of 2 ml liquidex for weeks 1-12. I could understand the use of it at week 7-12 with the start of Oxandrovar but have always thought the use of something like HCgenerate would suffice for a GW ans S4 stack. It would seem like 2ml daily up until week 7 and the start of HCG es at week 5 would make your estrogen pretty low.

I have been on GW 20 and S4 75 daily for the last month with the use of ancillaries HC generate and Test Stack 17 with great results and no seemingly high estrogen signs. Good luck to your future progress, i will be following

Dylan, Im not seeing that it he is running osta until his PCT at at week 13 (please see his suggested cycle below). That is why im questioning why he even needs to use liquidex until week 7 where he starts Oxandrovar. I didnt realize S4 or GW was suppresive. Im taking both s4 and gw now without liquidex (i have been just using HcGenerate and test stack 17).

I get the same thing. Definitely the taurine, as I forgot to stock up and within 2 weeks my calves were playing up. Also theres is a lot of volume with the jump rope and calf raises on the same day there.

Day 15 So far after 2 weeks my belly and waistline went down almost 3/4 of an inch and I lost 3 lbs

Congratulations on gaining the momentum to start driving yourself SO hard. That alone will help you accomplish ANY goal you set for yourself

Just curious what your goals are.

You seem to be burning 1lb of muscle for every 2lbs of fat burned. I DON'T like that ratio!!!

I would recommend slowing your progress back a bit and get your calories up a bit. In my opinion you are in TOO deep a catabolic state

You've went from 240lbs at 27% to 188lbs at 18%. That's 52lbs lost. 34lbs of fat and a whole 18lbs of muscle

I'm not trying to take away from your accomplishments; just making a suggestion. Breaking down all that muscle just seems like such a waste

Keep at it, i'd be interested to see how it goes

My best to date !!! 10K run 62:37 I never even came close to running over 6 miles before; I felt like I could have pushed on for another mile or 2 but decided to stop, didn't want to push to far

I will be hitting the gym today for some extra back and bi work this week

Overall, feel great. Some days I get very hungry at times and am eating more meals on some days then others. No vision sides from the S4, however, the Yohimflame does keep me up cause of the caffeine I guess so Im careful when I take that.
 
Day 17

60 degrees here in Jersey today, finally get to run outside. Ran a 5K, 28:16; not the best but honestly dodging the mud, puddles and everything else was an obstacle in itself let alone the 800 people walking and having no courteously to move lol.

Tomorrow will be shoulders, traps and tri's. Report to follow.

make sure you take care of yourself.... any time there is a drastic change in temperature like that, you are primed to get sick... the last thing you want is anything hindering your progress right now... take a rest day and make sure your drinking plenty of water and relaxing and back to business on monday... nice work so far bro...

Oh! Cardio? This really sounds good for losing weight but, also the most accessible type of exercise and there are plenty of cardio exercises you can do right in your own living room that can burn calories...

When I finished my 205 set he asked if I ever did 4 plates? I laughed and said no, he said it was time I tried. With his motivation and my drive I got 2 reps unassisted and 1 w/a lil help.

keep it up bro, you wont gain as much strength, as you would have had running the triple stack but there is still alot more improvement comming your way

T25 Ab workout...25min of non stop abs; was pretty tough and was sweating my friggin balls off. No sit-ups or crunches, lots of planks and variations of planks with various added movements. Felt great because im sore in places that I was never sore before so I guess I am hitting some new areas.

Wednesday was back and tri's

Today was Shoulders and traps

Overall still feeling great, today is day 6 on Ox and I am powering through my workouts with high intensity and plenty of stamina. I feel that I could push further but am staying on track and not over working. I've also noticed that I am sweating a lot more at the gym, almost had to peel my shirt off my back today, and doing the T25 cardio is ridiculous. 7 more weeks ahead of str8 killin it!

Ive noticed that I can push myself easier with my last few reps on my last sets. I am also starting to notice that where I would normally start my first warmup set, its now my 1st working set weight that I am warming up with and pushing that last set for a higher weight and at a higher rep.

Yesterday was Shoulders and Triceps

Hit a PR for seated military press w/dumbbells 65lbs for 4 solid reps. I am also steadily moving up the progress ladder with my tricep workouts.

Today I was crunched for time but I hit back for a solid workout. I broke yet another PR on low rows, hammer strength machine, 250 for 5 reps. Friday I will be boosting my OX to 3 caps a day for the remanding 4 weeks of my cycle.

I have also started to follow Dylan's diet he posted on Evolutionary.org for cutting, hit the supermarket and have the goods and will try to adhere to it as best as I can.

Today 4/17 was my off day for the gym, T25 was total body workout.

Tomorrow is Chest and Bi's and T25 Abs

I have started the diet that Dylan laid out on Evolutionary.org "6 pack abs", I am 3 days in and I like trying new things and so far the Celsius drinks and the Quest bars are delicious. Again, I am new to ALL of this so I am really surprised on how much fuller I am throughout the day. Its almost like I cant even eat anymore im so full.

I broke a PR with dumbbells on my flat bench 70lbs x5 today, although I tweeked my wrist a bit nothing major though. Tomorrow will be round 2 for the week with shoulders and traps, then taking off Sunday to do the Easter thing with the family.

nice you will have a hell of a pct with osta and the other great products you are using.hcg in pct isnt the way to roll bro, blast it at the end of your cycle if anything though.

T-Bar and Dead lifts

Tris were seated dips on hammer strength then dips on the roman chair 5 sets til failure

Ordered the last of my gear to take me into PCT today from N2BM and Sarms1, I have to say so far its been an awesome experience. My strength and endurance are all up dramatically, I can physically see changes in my body that coincide with measurements. I have not experienced any sides what so ever from the S4 and I feel that the best way to dose the GW...for me at least, is all at once 1ml 30-40 min before your work out. I can't thank the board members enough for their support and drive that you have given me; especially the time that Dylan has given me and provided me with all the answers to my questions thus far. Hurricane, your words of inspiration have made me push the extra rep along the way and is much appreciated. I can't wait til the last month is over so I can post my before and after pics to show how much progress I have made.

Now I say roughly because the only way I have of measuring my BF is by the hand held machine at the gym which I took 5 consecutive days of calculations to make sure it was correct. The same goes for the following. As I weighed myself today at the gym for the first time since starting, my weight was 202. Of corse I was a lil scared because this is all new to me and I was like no way in hell did I gain 14lbs. As I'm waking over to ask the trainer to take my body fat, I was nervous thinking I was eating to much, etc....when the reading for my BF popped up at 15.2 I was so happy and couldn't believe it. I was stunned! Did I really gain 14lbs and drop almost 3% BF in 2 months? Am I dreaming lol? I can't even put into words what I was feeling. Needless to say, my shoulder and trap workout today was sick. Seeing the numbers made me want to work out for hours lol. You guys don't even know how great I feel.

sorry i didnt see this.Wow that is amazing results bro.Hard work and great products work.. yes they do.Give yourself all the credit though, you worked very hard and this log proves it
 
Hit chest and bi's yesterday and just got back from doing back and tri's. Felt good yesterday as I put up 205 on the flat bench for 3 reps to break a pr. Felt a lilttle lethargic today but I think it's from lack of sleep last night. Overall, still going strong and feel great.
 
4/30

Beat my shoulders up pretty good today along with tri's. Busted out 6 solid reps seated dumbell military press with the 65's. Pretty solid for me. Will be taking tomorrow off then back in Friday,Saturday and Sunday.
 
very nice progress bro... you should be very proud of what you have accomplished so far but at the same time, never be satisfied... what you SHOULD be feeling is the want for more... You have tasted what it feels like to make progress and now that should motivate you for more...

after you complete the stack and pct, you need a few weeks off and then you can run the sarms triple stack before your next cycle... keep up the hard work...
