If you can take it a little earlier you could try for a good isolate, I personally don't think the taste of Isopure is bad, and if you can get Gaspari's Intrapro its got a great flavor for sure.
Hydrowhey gave me nasty gas. I could clear out the whole gym and have the place to myself with a single fart. The regular ON whey never does that. The Hydrowhey had a chemical taste too.
I've got the strawberry myofusion, as far as I'm aware it's a blend if whey isolate, whey concentrate and egg and milk protein isolate - I'm a rookie though so that could mean anything.
What other recommendations do you guys have besides what's posted. I wanna make a list so I can check them all out at my supplement shop (if they have all of them).
