This is what I was just talking about.. If some of you are that worried or paranoid as some have said outright or shown in other actions, why do you even stay on a public forum board. Get 'go phones' or meet in dark alleys and chat away in private.. The logic is just not adding up.. Ah, it's not logic, it's fear, anger, and we all know "that leads to the dark side".
Careful and cautious we should all be but if your time is up, your time is up.. It's that simple.
Well, 30 years ago she was singing with Phil Coxen in Coxen's Army, homestanding at Sam Miller's in Richmond, VA. 25 years ago she was at the top of the charts. (BTW....30 years ago my dad was fucking her. He won't admit it to this day but I know it is true)Nelson Montana said:

Personally, I think it would do a lot of you lads good to learn how to train nattie for awhile.
Build up a good base.
I just had coffee with one of my sometimes training buddies, he first trained me the first year I seriously took on BBing to compete.
He is 6 foot tall and around 18-19 stone (252lbs/115 kg-266 lbs/121kg) most of the time, and about 14% bodyfat most of the time.
He didn't do his first cycle till he was 33.
Now he does one cycle a year, 5 weeks, and really tiny amounts.
All the really massive guys I know held off on doing gear till they were in their 30s.
All the guys in the gym that I see expanding and contracting to shed loads of gear and hardly ever come off. They come off and they get tiny.
Most on the never ending cycles don't have legs or calves either.

I'm 46 doing my first cycle after 32 years of nat training. It's a light cycle, and I plan another in the late spring next year and that's it. I'm only looking to experience a change after years of being 'maxed out' so to speak. I was not overly gifted genetically so at 6'0 210lbs, ectomorph, I'm not doing too bad. Unfortuantly natural test level is not what it used to be, and declining fast....
