I never said there wasn't a difference between fat and carbs... I don't think you are advanced enough to worry about half the minor details you spend so much time considering... hell, you have 6 and 8 oz portions and everything, you are not dieting, you are trying to bulk... just cut off a hunk of meat and eat it...
